Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll notify you via email if there's a significant delay.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
- International standard: 7–21 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Artwork Packaging
Every original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Works are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in rigid or reinforced packaging suited to the size and medium of the piece.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at katrina@katrinalooney.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
